Registration rate for IEDA Members is $199
Non-Member rate: $250.

The Idaho National Lab is assisting in the coordination and hosting of the event which will require security clearance and final registrations by October 3rd.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund on the registration fee the cancellation must be requested prior to October 10, 2025. After October 10th no refunds will be issued however a participant may request a substitution participant for their registration. Any substitutions are subject to clearance by INL to participate in the tours. Requests for cancellation must be sent to [email protected]

Wednesday November 5th

Tours 11:45 - 5:00

Option 1: INL Main Site 
Nuclear track, learn about:

• Advanced reactors, SMRs, Microreactors
• Fuel Cycle
• Touring the Advanced Test Reactor
• Touring Hot Fuel Examination Facility 

This tour includes a one hour bus trip out to the site and a one hour return trip to Idaho Falls. Boxed lunch included. 

Option 2: INL, Energy Systems Laboratory, Idaho Falls 
Energy Systems track, learn about:

• Integrated Energy Systems Overview
• A tour of the Energy Systems Laboratory
• A tour of Cybercore Integration Center
• Visiting C3 to learn about super computers
• AI Cybersecurity

This tour includes lunch and takes place all within Idaho Falls.

5:00 - 7:00 Reception for all attendees in Idaho Falls

Thursday November 6th

8:30 - 10:00     Tour Elevate Academy, Idaho Falls discover a creative workforce development model targeting high school students.

10:15 - 10:30    Welcome at the Idaho National Lab Energy Systems facility.

10:30 - 11:45    Supporting Business Growth, How INL facilitates tech transfer and supports small business mentoring programs.

11:45 - 12:30    Lunch

12:30-1:00      HR Best Practices, How is the INL recruiting and retaining highly skilled talent to support growth?

1:00 - 1:30      Community Benefits, understanding the values and goals of the INL Foundation. 

1:30 - 1:45        Break

1:45 - 3:00        Strategic Growth Discussion - what is good growth? In a time of pressure on infrastructure and population growth how do we retain our focus on new business development and ensuring a diversified vibrant economy.
